Returns: Unused and unopened items may be returned. Customers must first email Anahata Balance at, info@anahatabalance.com to get a return shipping number and give reasons for the return. Customer must also pay shipping cost to return unused items. Opened or used items may not be returned in most cases unless due to spoilage or contamination. Our culture products are consumable items and are non-refundable, however, we will provide a replacement culture to the customer free of charge if it is determined that the culture was damaged or became non-viable due to reasons under our control. Declined, refused, or unwanted orders that have already been shipped must be returned by the customer, postage paid, before items will be credited to the customer's account. Notice: There will be a $20 restocking fee on all declined or unclaimed orders. Kombucha Culture Guarantee: We 100% guarantee our cultures to be viable and reproduce or we will send you a replacement culture starter free of charge. This guarantee applies only within the USA, to packages shipped via recommended postage, via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-day shipping. This guarantee does not apply to international order, as we cannot control international customs processing, duties, or delays in foreign countries. We will still ship to international customer addresses, however, we cannot guarantee that the culture will make it to you safely. You must email us at kombucha@anahatabalance.com to obtain a replacement starter. This guarantee does not cover loss of culture through improper brewing methods, molds that were introduced during or after the brewing process or improper handling or brewing of tea solution. This guarantee is good for 20 days after receiving your shipment. Shipping Rates: UPS and USPS priority mail rates are calculated at time of checkout by the yahoo store system. If applicable, the rate includes fuel surcharge fees and Delivery Area Surcharge fees on top of normal shipping fees. These rates are determined by UPS and not by us. Note: If shipping amount total is $0.00 at checkout, then shipping plus handling charges will be applied to your order after you receive an order confirmation email.
